Shandong Qingliang Mould Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Qingliang Mould Factory) is a forging parts manufacturing enterprise and a member unit of the China Die & Mould Industry Association. Located in Diaozhen Sub-district, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, the company has a registered capital of 10 million yuan and achieved an annual output value of over 40 million yuan in 2023. Since entering the forging industry in 2011, it has gradually developed into a comprehensive enterprise integrating forging, mechanical processing and heat treatment.
The company has more than 20 employees, and is equipped with multiple forging equipment including a 5-ton electro-hydraulic hammer, 3000-ton oil press, 1600-ton oil press, 800-ton oil press, etc., as well as heat treatment equipment such as 2 vacuum quenching furnaces and 15 box-type furnaces. For mechanical processing, it is also equipped with multiple machine tools and milling machines.
Main Business: Open-die forgings, heat treatment processing, hot forging dies. The company focuses on the production of open-die forgings, covering core components for mining, petroleum, various special equipment, special steel forgings, shipbuilding and other fields. The main materials are carbon steel and die steel, with a variety of raw material options. The company also specializes in the production of hot forging dies, using various die steel materials such as H13, 8418, B2, 5CrNiMo, etc. It is capable of completing the entire production process from raw material forging, mechanical processing of die steel blanks, to heat treatment of finished products, and finally sells the finished products.
