New Batch of Custom Forging Dies Completed Trial Production and Put into Mass Production after Quali
In response to the newly added customized forging orders, the technical department and the die team jointly completed the design and manufacturing of brand-new forging dies. After die assembly and machining, the trial production stage was launched in the workshop, with on-site follow-up by technical and quality inspection personnel throughout the process. Die quality is verified item by item, and formal mass production will be initiated only after all indicators meet production requirements.

The whole process including blank cutting, heating forging and forming ejection is tracked and observed during trial production. The die cavity size and radian of the new dies are designed in accordance with customized product requirements. In the early commissioning stage, problems such as insufficient ejection smoothness and inadequate corner filling occurred. On-site personnel recorded and investigated them one by one, analyzing influencing factors including die cavity surface finish and forging parameter matching.
The die team and forging team cooperated on site. By polishing die corners and fine-tuning forging force and rhythm, multiple rounds of trial production and parameter optimization were carried out. After each round of trial production, the quality inspection section measures the size and checks the appearance of forgings to reversely verify the die quality status. After multiple rounds of commissioning, relevant problems have been effectively solved. The trial-produced forgings feature regular contours, sizes conforming to drawing standards and no obvious appearance defects, and the die quality meets production requirements.

The smooth commissioning of this batch of new dies has improved the workshop's capacity to undertake multiple types of new customized forgings and further expanded the product portfolio. From design and manufacturing to trial production and commissioning, teams of all links work in coordination. Going forward, we will rely on stable die quality to ensure the delivery of customized orders and steadily expand market cooperation.

Hot Forging Die Repair Service Officially Launched to Help Customers Reduce Costs and Increase Effic
July 2, 2026In our cooperation with many die forging factories, we have found that there is a common pain point in the industry: after long-term use, hot forging dies are prone to problems such as die cavity wear and corner chipping, but the main structure of the die remains intact. Direct scrapping causes avoidable waste, and the procurement cost of large hot forging dies is relatively high, so overall replacement will significantly incRead More
