Workshop Floor Renovation and Working Environment Upgrade
The floor of the forging workshop of Shandong Qingliang Mould Technology Co., Ltd. has suffered from long-term stacking of steel materials and transfer of forgings, as well as continuous erosion by oil stains and iron filings, resulting in problems such as uneven pits and degraded anti-slip performance. This brings potential safety hazards to personnel walking and material transfer, and there is an urgent demand from employees for floor renovation.

Taking advantage of the gap between production orders, the company carried out renovation and rectification on the floor of the entire production area. The construction personnel first thoroughly cleaned up the accumulated iron filings and oil stains on the floor, repaired damaged parts such as pits and cracks, and then applied anti-slip and wear-resistant strengthening treatment. Meanwhile, the site layout was optimized, with material storage areas, operation areas and traffic passages delimited, and boundaries of each area marked with identification lines to implement on-site fixed-position management.
After the renovation, the workshop floor is flat and clean, with effectively improved anti-slip performance, which reduces the risk of slipping during personnel walking and material transfer. Materials are placed in fixed areas in a standardized manner, and the passages are spacious and unobstructed, improving the traffic efficiency of personnel and vehicles.

The optimization of the working environment has also enhanced employees' work comfort. After finishing work every day, employees take the initiative to clean up iron filings and oil stains around their posts to jointly maintain the site environment. A clean and orderly working environment not only improves the on-site appearance, but also helps reduce the occurrence of minor safety incidents such as bumps and slips, and practically provides convenience and safety guarantee for front-line operations.

Hot Forging Die Repair Service Officially Launched to Help Customers Reduce Costs and Increase Effic
July 2, 2026In our cooperation with many die forging factories, we have found that there is a common pain point in the industry: after long-term use, hot forging dies are prone to problems such as die cavity wear and corner chipping, but the main structure of the die remains intact. Direct scrapping causes avoidable waste, and the procurement cost of large hot forging dies is relatively high, so overall replacement will significantly incRead More
